Returns & Exchanges

You may return any item purchased for a full refund subject to the terms and conditions that apply as stated on this website. Please note that we will endeavour to provide refunds for returns within 5 business days after your return is received and approved. Please be advised we can only accept items returned in their original condition and packaging; items must be unused and in a resalable condition. Sometimes we will need to have the item checked. If so, after checking the item, we shall be in contact with you to let you know that the refund has been rejected or processed. You should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days after your return is received and approved. however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period excludes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request.

We want to make returning unwanted items to us as easy as possible. Please remember to include a copy of the invoice with your items to the warehouse address we will provide you.  Please select an option from the headings below to see further information on returning items to us.

Exceptions to the Returns Policy

Subject to your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the following items are not included in our standard returns policy. We cannot accept any returns of items that have been used, personalised and/or customised items, and jewellery.

Unwanted items

Please return any unwanted items within 30 days of receiving your order. You are required to pay any return shipping costs. You can opt to make courier arrangements to return yourself, although we do recommend following our instructions below. You will not be credited for the outgoing delivery charge only the item charge. We can only accept items returned in the original condition (with original packaging). Please remember the product remains yours until successfully received by our distribution centre.

Product Warranty

Some brands will offer their own warranty that will be fully documented within the product package you receive. For all other products, we offer a standard 30-day faulty product warranty as detailed in the “Faulty or Incorrect Item delivered” section below. Any warranty for faulty products is not insurance backed and does not affect statutory rights.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange any items (change of size/color/product) within 30 days of receiving your order, please follow the returns procedure for retruning any product back to us for a full refund. Please reorder your required items to ensure you receive your required items promptly. We can only accept items returned in the original condition (with original packaging). Please remember the product remains yours until successfully received by our Distribution Centre.

Faulty or Incorrect item delivered

If a faulty or damaged item is delivered, or you receive an incorrect item, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory, a full refund will be offered and you will be required to contact us to return the item. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Unfortunately, if you arrange to return an item yourself, we will not be able to claim a refund for the cost of shipping. For damaged products, please send us a video and pictures as this helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued, you must email us immediately (not phone). Should you wish to cancel goods that have left our Distribution Centre, orders may be subject to a returns charge plus the original delivery charge. Returns charges can vary and are determined by our courier company. Once known we will inform you of these. 

Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain products that we sell, for example, made to order, personalised and/or customised products. In the unlikely event that you change your mind or if a mistake has been realised on the made to order, personalised and/or customised order and would like to cancel or make a change, please email us within an hour of ordering, otherwise your order may have already been processed and a refund cannot be given.

Returning an order

Need to return an item? No problem!

Here's how to make the process smooth and ensure your return gets to the right place:

  1. Request a Return Authorization Code: Before sending anything back, simply email us at customerservices@anydaydirect.com. This email will help us track your return and send it to the appropriate warehouse for faster processing.
  2. Receive Return Instructions - Our team will provide a return authorization by email with detailed instructions for returning your item.
  3. Pack Your Return - Items must be securely packaged in their original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation.
  4. Shipping Label - If we are responsible for the returns costs then we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and attach it to your package. If you are responsible for the return costs, we strongly advise using a tracked delivery service. 
  5. Ship Your Package - Drop off your return at the nearest courier service, as instructed in your return authorization email.
  6. Include a Copy of Your Invoice/Packing List: Pop a copy of your invoice or packing list inside the package with your returning item(s) and add the authorization code provided. This helps us quickly identify your order and process your request efficiently.

Important Note: Please do not return items to our registered office. Returns sent to this address will not be accepted.

Refunds 

Please note that we will endeavour to provide refunds for returns within 5 business days days after your return is received and approved. We will apply the refund to the original card with which you bought the item(s). If this method is not reasonably possible, you will need to contact us by email by clicking here, to arrange an alternative method of repayment. This may cause a delay in repayment but should not take longer than 28 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider—some delays may occur.

  3. Contact your bank for further info.
