Product Ingredients
Cyclopentasiloxane, Glycerin, Cetearyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Chloride, Cocos Nucifera Oil, Cetrimonium Chloride, Quaternium-70, Propylene Glycol, Dimethiconol, Lactic Acid, Isopropyl Alcohol, Pathenol, Disodium Edta, Dmdm Hydation, Hyaluronic Acid, Arginine, Geraniol, Linalool, Glycine, Alanine, Gardenia Taitensis Flower Extract, Proline, Threonine.
Cyclopentasiloxane: Emollient formula that smoothens and softens hair. Leaves it easy to comb, promotes volume, lightness, shine and doesn’t weigh down hair.
Cetearyl alcohol: A hydrating, moisturising and smoothening formula. Helps to soften the hair and provide slip to help detangle hair.
Behentrimonium: Keeps your hair frizz free and makes hair manageable and soft.
Cocos nucifera oil: The lauric acid in coconut oil has nourishing properties that are especially prone to soak into the strands of your hair, Coconut oil absorbs into the hair quickly, providing moisture to tame frizz and heal breakage.
Cetrimonium chloride: Anti static agent that helps condition the hair. Not only conditioning, it also acts as a preservative by preventing the growth of bacteria in liquid solutions.
Quaternium-70: A thermal protectant.
Propylene glycol: Highly effective humecent, it helps the hair retain moisture. Also absorbs excess water in a formula, reducing bacteria growth to help products last longer. Softens the hair and makes combing/brushing easier.
Dimethiconol: Acts as a moisturiser, increasing hydration, coating the surface of hair and preventing evaporative water loss.
Lactic acid: Works by breaking down dead skin in roots. Dissolves product build up. Improve hair’s health and allows new roots to grow. Doesn’t weigh down the hair, but instead improves scalps natural moisture, which in turn hydrates the har, making it feel less dry and more bouncy.
Isopropyl alcohol: Used to absorb other substances into the hair follicles.

We are unable at present to deliver to Northern Ireland which includes all BT postcodes, nor can we deliver to BFPO postcodes.
Order dispatch: Owing to the nature of the products (live plants) and specific storage requirements, it can take longer than usual for orders to be dispatched.
Order cancellations: Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the Order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the Order is already picked and packed. To request an order cancellation, please raise a support ticket directly from the order to the supplier as our standard order cancellation functionality will be disabled for this supplier. Orders that cannot be cancelled should be treated as Return Items and you the Seller will need to determine whether or not to compensate your End Customer for the Return Item shipping costs. You may also instruct the seller to refuse delivery of the Item.
Order delivery:  Most orders are sent using a tracked 48-hour service via Yodel. The aim is to deliver the item within 6-7 calendar days of the order being placed, but delivery can take up to 8-10 calendar days as living plants are dispatched at the optimal time in order to reach your customers in the best possible condition. To avoid perishable items being held at depots, no signature is required, the courier will instead leave your customer’s order in a safe place on their property. 
Order cancellations: Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the Order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the Order is already picked and packed. To request an order cancellation, please raise a ticket from the order requesting the cancellation from the supplier as our standard order cancellation functionality will be disabled for this supplier. You may return any item purchased for a full refund subject to the terms and conditions that apply as stated on this website. Please note that we will endeavour to provide refunds for returns within 14 days from proof of return. Please be advised we can only accept items returned in their original condition and packaging; items must be unused and in a resalable condition. Sometimes we will need to have the item checked. If so, after checking the item, we shall be in contact with you to let you know that the refund has been rejected or processed. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. Please return any unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order. You are required to pay any return shipping costs. You can opt to make courier arrangements to return yourself, although we do recommend following our instructions below. You will not be credited for the outgoing delivery charge only the item charge. We can only accept items returned in the original condition (with original packaging). Please remember the product remains yours until successfully received by our distribution centre.

Product Warranty

Some brands will offer their own warranty that will be fully documented within the product package you receive. For all other products, we offer a standard 30-day faulty product warranty as detailed in the “Faulty or Incorrect Item delivered” section below. Any warranty for faulty products is not insurance backed and does not affect statutory rights.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange any items (change of size/color/product) within 14 days of receiving your order, please complete the returns form and send the products back to us for a full refund. Please reorder your required items to ensure you receive your required items promptly. We can only accept items returned in the original condition (with original packaging). Please remember the product remains yours until successfully received by our Distribution Centre.

Faulty or Incorrect item delivered

If a faulty item is delivered, or you receive an incorrect item, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory, a full refund will be offered and you will be required to contact us to return the item. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Unfortunately, if you arrange to return an item yourself, we will not be able to claim a refund for the cost of shipping.

If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued, you must email us immediately (not phone). Should you wish to cancel goods that have left our Distribution Centre, orders may be subject to a returns charge plus the original delivery charge. Returns charges can vary and are determined by our courier company.
