Shampoo - Apply onto wet hair and massage into scalp and ends. Rinse thoroughly.

Conditioner - Apply after shampoo and massage into scalp and ends. Leave in for 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

Plume Serum - Place a few drops of Serum Divine Plume Sensation on the palm of your hands. Spread over the length of the hair until absorption is complete. Finish as you wish. Regular use of the product prevents the formation of split ends.

Power dose - Start by applying a few drops of Divine Power Dose onto your palm of your hand or straight into the wet hair. Then, distribute the product through your hair until it is fully absorbed, leave 3 minute and rinse. Style as desired. Apply just 4ml each time – the ampule can be used 3 times.

Product Ingredients
Contains plant extracts from mango and passionfruit, coconut oil and water, mineral salts, vitamins, phytohormones, avocado oil and jojoba oil
Mango extract: Enhances hair growth, promoting healthy, strong, shiny hair. Acts as a moisturiser due to mango being 80% water. Treats dandruff and prevents any thinning or split ends.
Passionfruit extract: Contains potassium, vitamins b6 and b2. These help with the circulation of your scalp, allowing new and healthy hair follicles to grow.
Coconut oil: The lauric acid in coconut oil has nourishing properties that are especially prone to soak into the strands of your hair. Coconut oil absorbs into your hair quickly, providing moisture to tame frizz and heal breakage.
Mineral salts: Removes any dry/flaky skin from your scalp (dandruff) while stimulating circulation for a healthy scalp. Absorbs excess oils and moisture that may cause fungal growth and inhibit the root of dandruff.
Phytohormones: Regulates healthy hair growth by promoting new hair follicles to develop. Avocado oil: Rich in fatty acids, its proteins help restore scalp health.
Jojoba oil: A dandruff remedy that moisturises the scalp. Rich in vitamins C, B and E. Prevents hair loss and promotes hair thickness.

We are unable at present to deliver to Northern Ireland which includes all BT postcodes, nor can we deliver to BFPO postcodes.
Order dispatch: Owing to the nature of the products (live plants) and specific storage requirements, it can take longer than usual for orders to be dispatched.
Order cancellations: Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the Order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the Order is already picked and packed. To request an order cancellation, please raise a support ticket directly from the order to the supplier as our standard order cancellation functionality will be disabled for this supplier. Orders that cannot be cancelled should be treated as Return Items and you the Seller will need to determine whether or not to compensate your End Customer for the Return Item shipping costs. You may also instruct the seller to refuse delivery of the Item.
Order delivery:  Most orders are sent using a tracked 48-hour service via Yodel. The aim is to deliver the item within 6-7 calendar days of the order being placed, but delivery can take up to 8-10 calendar days as living plants are dispatched at the optimal time in order to reach your customers in the best possible condition. To avoid perishable items being held at depots, no signature is required, the courier will instead leave your customer’s order in a safe place on their property. 
Order cancellations: Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the Order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the Order is already picked and packed. To request an order cancellation, please raise a ticket from the order requesting the cancellation from the supplier as our standard order cancellation functionality will be disabled for this supplier. Orders that cannot be cancelled should be treated as Return Items and you the Seller will need to determine whether or not to compensate your End Customer for the Return Item shipping costs. You may also instruct the seller to refuse delivery of the Item. All products are supplied with a complete and unconditional guarantee for the first 30 days after you receive them, which is in addition to your statutory rights. However, to give you even more assurance, thereafter we are delighted to provide you with our Lifetime Guarantee on all hardy plants* – which means just that!

Product Warranty

Some brands will offer their own warranty that will be fully documented within the product package you receive. For all other products, we offer a standard 30-day faulty product warranty as detailed in the “Faulty or Incorrect Item delivered” section below. Any warranty for faulty products is not insurance backed and does not affect statutory rights.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange any items (change of size/color/product) within 14 days of receiving your order, please complete the returns form and send the products back to us for a full refund. Please reorder your required items to ensure you receive your required items promptly. We can only accept items returned in the original condition (with original packaging). Faulty or Incorrect item delivered

If a faulty item is delivered, or you receive an incorrect item, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory, a full refund will be offered and you will be required to contact us to return the item. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Unfortunately, if you arrange to return an item yourself, we will not be able to claim a refund for the cost of shipping.

If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued, you must email us immediately (not phone). Should you wish to cancel goods that have left our Distribution Centre, orders may be subject to a returns charge plus the original delivery charge. Returns charges can vary and are determined by our courier company. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain products that we sell, for example, personalised and/or customised products. In the unlikely event that you change your mind or if a mistake has been realised on the customised order and would like to cancel or make a change, please email us within an hour of ordering, otherwise your order may have already been processed and a refund cannot be given.
