Exceptions to the Returns Policy

You can opt to make courier arrangements to return yourself, although we do recommend following our instructions below. You will not be credited for the outgoing delivery charge only the item charge. Product Warranty

Faulty or Incorrect item delivered

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Unfortunately, if you arrange to return an item yourself, we will not be able to claim a refund for the cost of shipping.
