Product Ingredients
Contains Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetrimonium Chloride, Ceteareth-20, Macadamia Ternifola Seed Oil, Hydroxypropyl Starch Phosphate, BHT, Behentrimonium, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Eugenol, Silanetriol, Methylchloroisothiazolinone.
Cetearyl alcohol: Adds moisture to strands, provides slip and an emulsifying agent. Derived from natural resources.
Cetrimonium chloride: Anti static agent that helps condition the hair. Not only conditioning, it also acts as a preservative by preventing the growth of bacteria in liquid solutions.
Ceteareth-20: The emollient and emulsifying properties make your hair soft and shiny.
Macadamia ternifolia seed oil: Macadamia is great for calling frizz, tangles and dullness. Adds shine and vitality to your strands while coating your ends and keeping your scalp moisturised.
Hydroxypropyl starch phosphate: Enhances shine, smoothness and combability.
BHT: Improves quality of hair and texture. Promotes growth of new healthy hair.
Behentrimonium: Keeps your hair frizz free and makes hair manageable and soft.
Hydroxyethanylcellulose: Gives a soft, smooth and attractive look. Considering its stabilising, foaming, thickening and viscosity controlling properties, it has wide use in personal care and beauty products.
Eugenol: Derived from clove oil. Helps promote hair growth when applied to the roots. It can also repair, strengthen and add a healthy shine to the strands.
Silanetriol: A silicon derived product. Improves the tensile strength of hair. Enhances penetration of other ingredients.
Methylchloroisothiazolinone: A preservative that is found in a wide array of liquid cosmetics. It's functions is to inhibit the growth of bacteria.

We are unable at present to deliver to Northern Ireland which includes all BT postcodes, nor can we deliver to BFPO postcodes.
Order dispatch: Owing to the nature of the products (live plants) and specific storage requirements, it can take longer than usual for orders to be dispatched.
Order cancellations: Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the Order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the Order is already picked and packed. To request an order cancellation, please raise a support ticket directly from the order to the supplier as our standard order cancellation functionality will be disabled for this supplier. Orders that cannot be cancelled should be treated as Return Items and you the Seller will need to determine whether or not to compensate your End Customer for the Return Item shipping costs. You may also instruct the seller to refuse delivery of the Item.
Order delivery:  Most orders are sent using a tracked 48-hour service via Yodel. The aim is to deliver the item within 6-7 calendar days of the order being placed, but delivery can take up to 8-10 calendar days as living plants are dispatched at the optimal time in order to reach your customers in the best possible condition. To avoid perishable items being held at depots, no signature is required, the courier will instead leave your customer’s order in a safe place on their property. 
Order cancellations: Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the Order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the Order is already picked and packed. To request an order cancellation, please raise a ticket from the order requesting the cancellation from the supplier as our standard order cancellation functionality will be disabled for this supplier. You will not be credited for the outgoing delivery charge only the item charge. We can only accept items returned in the original condition (with original packaging). Product Warranty

Some brands will offer their own warranty that will be fully documented within the product package you receive. For all other products, we offer a standard 30-day faulty product warranty as detailed in the “Faulty or Incorrect Item delivered” section below. Any warranty for faulty products is not insurance backed and does not affect statutory rights.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange any items (change of size/color/product) within 14 days of receiving your order, please complete the returns form and send the products back to us for a full refund. Please reorder your required items to ensure you receive your required items promptly. We can only accept items returned in the original condition (with original packaging). Faulty or Incorrect item delivered

If a faulty item is delivered, or you receive an incorrect item, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory, a full refund will be offered and you will be required to contact us to return the item. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Unfortunately, if you arrange to return an item yourself, we will not be able to claim a refund for the cost of shipping.

If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued, you must email us immediately (not phone). Should you wish to cancel goods that have left our Distribution Centre, orders may be subject to a returns charge plus the original delivery charge. Returns charges can vary and are determined by our courier company.
