Step By Step
'- After shampoo dry 80% of the hair and separate into 6 equal parts. - Place 30-40ml of the Eco Keratin into a bowl. Using a tint brush, apply to all sections of the hair one centimeter from the root of the hair to the tip. - Leave the treatment on the hair up to 60min and after rinse it partially (30%). - Next dry the hair using a hairdryer starting with cold air and finishing with hot air. Once the hair is completely dry, start ironing each part of the hair separating in thin layers for 8-10 times with a temperature of between 190C to 230C depending on the state of the hair. - Rinse and apply the Deep Conditioning Mask massaging strand to strand and let it act for 5 to 10 minutes and finish as desired.

If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued, you must email us immediately (not phone). Should you wish to cancel goods that have left our Distribution Centre, orders may be subject to a returns charge plus the original delivery charge. Returns charges can vary and are determined by our courier company. Once known we will inform you of these. 

Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain products that we sell, for example, personalised and/or customised products. In the unlikely event that you change your mind or if a mistake has been realised on the customised order and would like to cancel or make a change, please email us within an hour of ordering, otherwise your order may have already been processed and a refund cannot be given.

Returning an order

When returning an item to Anydaydirect Ltd for refund, exchange, or replacement it is essential that you include a copy of the packing list or invoice with your return within the package.
