Faulty or Incorrect item delivered
If a faulty item is delivered, or you receive an incorrect item, you will be offered a replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Unfortunately, if you arrange to return an item yourself, we will not be able to claim a refund for the cost of shipping.

Should you wish to cancel goods that have left our Distribution Centre, orders may be subject to a returns charge plus the original delivery charge.
