We are unable at present to deliver to Northern Ireland which includes all BT postcodes, nor can we deliver to BFPO postcodes.
Order dispatch: Owing to the nature of the products (live plants) and specific storage requirements, it can take longer than usual for orders to be dispatched.
Order cancellations: Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the Order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the Order is already picked and packed. To request an order cancellation, please raise a support ticket directly from the order to the supplier as our standard order cancellation functionality will be disabled for this supplier. Orders that cannot be cancelled should be treated as Return Items and you the Seller will need to determine whether or not to compensate your End Customer for the Return Item shipping costs. You may also instruct the seller to refuse delivery of the Item.
Order delivery:  Most orders are sent using a tracked 48-hour service via Yodel. The aim is to deliver the item within 6-7 calendar days of the order being placed, but delivery can take up to 8-10 calendar days as living plants are dispatched at the optimal time in order to reach your customers in the best possible condition. To avoid perishable items being held at depots, no signature is required, the courier will instead leave your customer’s order in a safe place on their property.

Made for a perfect fit with your chosen or existing Kamado BBQ Grill. Simply select the model from the drop-down menu and we will supply the corresponding 18mm Birch hardwood worktop, with the correct size cut out.

- BBQ Island tabletop and shelf - made from the highest quality 18mm hardwood ply. To give a beautiful rustic finish we used Sadolin extra-durable wood stain, it is a medium-build, solvent-based, satin finish wood stain for exterior softwoods and hardwoods. It provides a water repellent, flexible and microporous surface which resists flaking, peeling and blistering. We're committed to providing the highest quality products, so we added an additional coat of "Sadolin Extra Durable Clearcoat" a clear exterior varnish that protects against UV and weathering also it is extremely durable and flexible, resists cracking, splitting, blistering and flaking.

- Corner supports - made from constructional grade redwood posts. Corner supports are pressure treated and come with up to 15 years guarantee against fungus and rot. Posts are also stained with Sadolin extra-durable wood stain. Also, you can choose an option with wheels. Four robust wheels, allow you to reposition this unit with ease in order to accommodate additional furniture.

- Overall frame is made from constructional grade CLS C16 2x3 (38mm x 63mm) timber and stained with the same wood stain as corners posts.

- Kamado base is made from 6x concrete spacers which are 7cm in diameter and 3cm in thickness. This will allow better air flow and prevent the table from burning marks.

Each bench is supplied in knockdown form for easy on-site assembly and to allow access to the site location. Easy assemble and only requires a screwdriver (preferably battery operated) with a 10mm socket head. Assembly instructions will be included in the flatpack. Delivery Costs and Times

1. **Free Delivery:** Most items on our website come with free delivery. This information is displayed on the product page as well as in the checkout.

2. **Exceptions:** There are some specific product categories, such as hair products and barbecue products, where a supplier delivery charge applies. Customers will be informed of this charge in the checkout process.

3. **Checkout Process:** All delivery charges, whether for free delivery or the supplier delivery charge, will be automatically displayed on the checkout page. 

4. **Multiple Brands:** Since our website is a marketplace that offers products from various brands, customers ordering from multiple brands may receive their delivery packages separately. 

5. **Postcode Exceptions:** Since our website is a marketplace that offers products of varying sizes from various brand owners, certain postcodes may be excluded to be delivered to. Since the permutations are too great for any software to distinguish this on a per product basis, we may have to contact affected customers after their order is placed to inform them accordingly if refunds are necessary. We will make every effort to try and find a courier if possible. This mainly applies to larger items to outer lying postcodes.

We quote a standard delivery of up to 3-5 working days, the majority of orders are delivered in a 2-3 working day time period. Next working day delivery on orders placed by 2:00 pm, if available, will be indicated in the checkout page. Saturday and Sundays do not count as working days.

International zones

All parcels to these zones are based on the weight for the total order quantity and dependant on the size of the parcel may be volumetric weight as per the couriers discretion. The cost will be determined in the checkout based on the destination.

We'll send you an email to confirm when we ship your items. Most medium and large-sized orders require a signature upon delivery. If you know you won't be at home, why not consider arranging delivery to your work or a friend’s address? You will be able to do this on the courier’s website once you have received your consignment details by email. The courier will endeavour to deliver all parcels as per the customer’s instructions, however, if those instructions leave the safety of the parcel in an un-secure environment, we will not accept liability for the loss or replacement of the parcel.

Always check the packaging for damage and make a note of this when signing. Please only sign as received in good condition if that is the case. If the goods have obviously been damaged in transit, please refuse delivery, and call us.

If you're out when the courier arrives, they will leave a calling card. Please contact the courier directly to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. If they're still not able to deliver on the third attempt, they may request you collect the order from their depot. Subsequent delivery attempts may require additional payment by the customer.

Please note that we will not be held responsible for the performance of the courier company once the parcel has been collected from us. Nor are we responsible for any local taxes or extra customs duties that may be required depending upon your local country's import laws.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return any item purchased for a full refund subject to the terms and conditions that apply as stated on this website. Please note that we will endeavour to provide refunds for returns within 14 days from proof of return. Please be advised we can only accept items returned in their original condition and packaging; items must be unused and in a resalable condition. Sometimes we will need to have the item checked. If so, after checking the item, we shall be in contact with you to let you know that the refund has been rejected or processed. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We want to make returning unwanted items to us as easy as possible. Please remember to include a copy of the invoice with your items to the warehouse address listed.  Please select an option from the headings below to see further information on returning items to us.

Exceptions to the Returns Policy

Subject to your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the following items are not included in our standard returns policy. We cannot accept any returns of items that have been used, personalised and/or customised items, and jewellery.

Unwanted items

Please return any unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order. You are required to pay any return shipping costs. You can opt to make courier arrangements to return yourself, although we do recommend following our instructions below. You will not be credited for the outgoing delivery charge only the item charge. We can only accept items returned in the original condition (with original packaging). Please remember the product remains yours until successfully received by our distribution centre.

Product Warranty

Some brands will offer their own warranty that will be fully documented within the product package you receive. For all other products, we offer a standard 30-day faulty product warranty as detailed in the “Faulty or Incorrect Item delivered” section below. Any warranty for faulty products is not insurance backed and does not affect statutory rights.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange any items (change of size/color/product) within 14 days of receiving your order, please complete the returns form and send the products back to us for a full refund. Please reorder your required items to ensure you receive your required items promptly. We can only accept items returned in the original condition (with original packaging). Please remember the product remains yours until successfully received by our Distribution Centre.

Faulty or Incorrect item delivered

If a faulty item is delivered, or you receive an incorrect item, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory, a full refund will be offered and you will be required to contact us to return the item. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Unfortunately, if you arrange to return an item yourself, we will not be able to claim a refund for the cost of shipping.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued, you must email us immediately (not phone). Should you wish to cancel goods that have left our Distribution Centre, orders may be subject to a returns charge plus the original delivery charge. Returns charges can vary and are determined by our courier company. Once known we will inform you of these. 

Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain products that we sell, for example, personalised and/or customised products. In the unlikely event that you change your mind or if a mistake has been realised on the customised order and would like to cancel or make a change, please email us within an hour of ordering, otherwise your order may have already been processed and a refund cannot be given.

Returning an order

Need to return an item? No problem!

Here's how to make the process smooth and ensure your return gets to the right place:

  1. Request a Return Authorization Code: Before sending anything back, simply email us at customerservices@anydaydirect.com. This email will help us track your return and send it to the appropriate warehouse for faster processing.

  2. Include a Copy of Your Invoice/Packing List: Pop a copy of your invoice or packing list inside the package with your returning item(s). This helps us quickly identify your order and process your request efficiently.

Important Note: Please do not return items to our registered office. Returns sent to this address will not be accepted.
