Cocamide dea: An emulsifier, thickener and foaming agent. Has the ability to increase the foaming capacity and/or stabilise the foam of a surfacent.
Cocamidopropyl betaine: A very mild and versatile compound. As a surfacing, it gently washes skin and hair and creates a luxurious foam. Also a good thickener and emulsifier. Because its derived from coconut oil, it’s mildly moisturising properties combat dry and brittle hair. Anti static agent which helps to reduce static charge.
PEG-12: Excellent conditioning ability, proving a silky feeling. Does not irritate skin and is highly hydrating.
Dimethicone: Gives a silky sooth texture. Helps retain moisture, smooths down and binds the cuticles to the hair strand.
Hydroxyethanylcellulose: Gives a soft, smooth and attractive look. Considering its stabilising, foaming, thickening and viscosity controlling properties, it has wide use in personal care and beauty products.
Pathenol: For shinier hair. Stimulates hair growth, helps strengthen hair, retains moisture and improves texture of damaged hair.

Hydrolysed collagen: Provides amino acids that can be used to build up hair. Helps fight damage to the hair follicles. May prevent hair thinning associated with ageing. Prevents premature greying.
Hydrolysed keratin: Minimises the amazing effects of sun damage, heat styling, chemical treatments and combing hair. Fights frizz and improves hairs texture.
Tocopheryl acetate: Vitamin E. May help support a healthy scalp and hair as it hs natural oxidant effects that could assist with maintain gin hair growth.
Calcium pantothenate: Derived from vitamin B5. Works inside the scalp and increases hair growth. Provides essential nutrients and reduces hair fall. Strengthens hair from the roots, nourishes follicles from within and stimulates growth of existing and new hair.

Order dispatch: Owing to the nature of the products (live plants) and specific storage requirements, it can take longer than usual for orders to be dispatched.
Order cancellations: Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the Order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the Order is already picked and packed. To request an order cancellation, please raise a support ticket directly from the order to the supplier as our standard order cancellation functionality will be disabled for this supplier. Orders that cannot be cancelled should be treated as Return Items and you the Seller will need to determine whether or not to compensate your End Customer for the Return Item shipping costs. You may also instruct the seller to refuse delivery of the Item.
Order delivery:  Most orders are sent using a tracked 48-hour service via Yodel. The aim is to deliver the item within 6-7 calendar days of the order being placed, but delivery can take up to 8-10 calendar days as living plants are dispatched at the optimal time in order to reach your customers in the best possible condition. To avoid perishable items being held at depots, no signature is required, the courier will instead leave your customer’s order in a safe place on their property. 
Order cancellations: Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the Order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the Order is already picked and packed. To request an order cancellation, please raise a ticket from the order requesting the cancellation from the supplier as our standard order cancellation functionality will be disabled for this supplier. The Planet app neutralizes your shipping emissions and removes carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Carbon removal is the process of capturing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and then storing it.

For example, if a truck or a plane that delivers your shipment releases 1 kg of carbon dioxide (CO2) into the atmosphere, and as we are subscribed to the Planet app, then Shopify on our behalf ensures that 1kg of CO2 is also sucked from the atmosphere and stored away using solutions and technologies in a sustainability fund.

There is a fast-growing and evolving sector with many carbon removal technologies in different stages of development. These technologies include nature-based solutions, such as reforestation and soil carbon sequestration and more high-tech solutions, such as direct air capture and mineralization.

International zones

All parcels to these zones are based on the weight for the total order quantity and dependant on the size of the parcel may be volumetric weight as per the couriers discretion. The cost will be determined in the checkout based on the destination.

Most medium and large-sized orders require a signature upon delivery. If you know you won't be at home, why not consider arranging delivery to your work or a friend’s address? You will be able to do this on the courier’s website once you have received your consignment details by email. The courier will endeavour to deliver all parcels as per the customer’s instructions, however, if those instructions leave the safety of the parcel in an un-secure environment, we will not accept liability for the loss or replacement of the parcel.

Always check the packaging for damage and make a note of this when signing. Please only sign as received in good condition if that is the case. If the goods have obviously been damaged in transit, please refuse delivery, and call us.

If you're out when the courier arrives, they will leave a calling card. Please contact the courier directly to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. If they're still not able to deliver on the third attempt, they may request you collect the order from their depot. Subsequent delivery attempts may require additional payment by the customer.

Please note that we will not be held responsible for the performance of the courier company once the parcel has been collected from us. Nor are we responsible for any local taxes or extra customs duties that may be required depending upon your local country's import laws.

 

Returns & Exchanges

You may return any item purchased for a full refund subject to the terms and conditions that apply as stated on this website. Please note that we will endeavour to provide refunds for returns within 14 days from proof of return. Please be advised we can only accept items returned in their original condition and packaging; items must be unused and in a resalable condition. Sometimes we will need to have the item checked. If so, after checking the item, we shall be in contact with you to let you know that the refund has been rejected or processed. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Exchanges

Faulty or Incorrect item delivered

If a faulty item is delivered, or you receive an incorrect item, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory, a full refund will be offered and you will be required to contact us to return the item. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Unfortunately, if you arrange to return an item yourself, we will not be able to claim a refund for the cost of shipping.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued, you must email us immediately (not phone). Should you wish to cancel goods that have left our Distribution Centre, orders may be subject to a returns charge plus the original delivery charge. Returns charges can vary and are determined by our courier company. Once known we will inform you of these. 

Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain products that we sell, for example, personalised and/or customised products.
