Observations: The hairdresser should have a prior discussion with the client, since it is important to eliminate possible doubts about the final result, for example the desired tone, if the hair is healthy and strong enough to resist bleaching. It is very important to carry out a strand test with the discoloration that will be used, the healthier and less chemical the hair has, the hairdresser will reach the tone more easily. The KEY point for the pearly blonde result is bleaching, DO NOT over-golden. If there is excess gold in the hair, the toner will lose its effect with the first few washes, and the golden tone will appear again. There are 2 ways to use the Robson Peluquero toner: a) If the client arrives at the hairdresser with a lightening base between 9 – 10 without excess gold: Wash with a moisturizing shampoo, leave 20% moisture in the hair and then start the process (indications below) . b) The hairdresser performs the bleaching process and manages to reach tone 9 – 10 without excess gold: Leave 20% moisture in the hair and then start the process (indications below). - Separate the hair into four parts. - Place the necessary amount of the pink toner in a bowl - With the help of a brush, apply in thin strands - Gently massage the strands aware that the product is absorbed into the hair - You can let the product act between 5 to 45 minutes. The longer it is left, the whiter it will be. - Rinse RP Toner only with plenty of water - End as you wish Important: Do not place the product in your hand and rub it, as the white foam that comes off causes the toner to lose power and product is wasted.

Order dispatch: Owing to the nature of the products (live plants) and specific storage requirements, it can take longer than usual for orders to be dispatched.
Order cancellations: Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the Order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the Order is already picked and packed. To request an order cancellation, please raise a support ticket directly from the order to the supplier as our standard order cancellation functionality will be disabled for this supplier. Orders that cannot be cancelled should be treated as Return Items and you the Seller will need to determine whether or not to compensate your End Customer for the Return Item shipping costs. You may also instruct the seller to refuse delivery of the Item.
Order delivery:  Most orders are sent using a tracked 48-hour service via Yodel. The aim is to deliver the item within 6-7 calendar days of the order being placed, but delivery can take up to 8-10 calendar days as living plants are dispatched at the optimal time in order to reach your customers in the best possible condition. To avoid perishable items being held at depots, no signature is required, the courier will instead leave your customer’s order in a safe place on their property. 
Order cancellations: Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the Order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the Order is already picked and packed. To request an order cancellation, please raise a ticket from the order requesting the cancellation from the supplier as our standard order cancellation functionality will be disabled for this supplier. Product Warranty

Some brands will offer their own warranty that will be fully documented within the product package you receive. For all other products, we offer a standard 30-day faulty product warranty as detailed in the “Faulty or Incorrect Item delivered” section below. Any warranty for faulty products is not insurance backed and does not affect statutory rights.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange any items (change of size/color/product) within 14 days of receiving your order, please complete the returns form and send the products back to us for a full refund. Please reorder your required items to ensure you receive your required items promptly. We can only accept items returned in the original condition (with original packaging). Faulty or Incorrect item delivered

If a faulty item is delivered, or you receive an incorrect item, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory, a full refund will be offered and you will be required to contact us to return the item. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Unfortunately, if you arrange to return an item yourself, we will not be able to claim a refund for the cost of shipping.

If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued, you must email us immediately (not phone). Should you wish to cancel goods that have left our Distribution Centre, orders may be subject to a returns charge plus the original delivery charge. Returns charges can vary and are determined by our courier company. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain products that we sell, for example, personalised and/or customised products.
