Step By Step
- After shampoo dry 80% of the hair and separate into 6 equal parts. - Place 30-40ml of the Eco Keratin into a bowl. Using a tint brush, apply to all sections of the hair one centimeter from the root of the hair to the tip. - Leave the treatment on the hair up to 60min and after rinse it partially (30%). - Next dry the hair using a hairdryer starting with cold air and finishing with hot air. Once the hair is completely dry, start ironing each part of the hair separating in thin layers for 8-10 times with a temperature of between 190C to 230C depending on the state of the hair. - Rinse and apply the Deep Conditioning Mask massaging strand to strand and let it act for 5 to 10 minutes and finish as desired.

Cetearyl alcohol: A hydrating, moisturising and smoothening formula. Helps to soften the hair and provide slip to help detangle hair.
Glycerin: eliminates dandruff and frizz. Prevents split ends and deeply conditions.
Crambe abyssinica seed oil: Improves hairs manageability, shine and moisture. Also acts as a shield against irritants.
Orbignya oleifera seed oil: Functions as a conditioner. Nourishes hair and improves appearance and hair feel as it increases smoothness of hair. Reduces tangles and surface roughness.
Behentrimonium: Keeps your hair frizz free and makes hair manageable and soft.
Dimethicone: Gives a silky sooth texture. Helps retain moisture, smooths down and binds the cuticles to the hair strand.
Isopropyl palmitate: A conditioning agent, hydrating the hair and scalp. Improves the elasticity of hair and also boosts shine.
Phenoxyethanol: Effective in preventing the growth of various kinds of bacteria, fungi and yeast in your hair.
Cetrimonium chloride: Anti static agent that helps condition the hair. Not only conditioning, it also acts as a preservative by preventing the growth of bacteria in liquid solutions.
Propylene glycol: Highly effective humecent, it helps the hair retain moisture. Also absorbs excess water in a formula, reducing bacteria growth to help products last longer. Softens the hair and makes combing/brushing easier.
Poyquaternium-7: An excellent canonic conditioner. Perfect use for deep/leave in conditioners. A very good detangle and provides slip for easier brushing.
Disodium edta: An effective chelating agent, binding to metal ions making emulsions more stable and allowing washes and soaps to develop a thick, rich lather.
Polyquaternium-37: Decreases damaged hair, providing conditioning benefits such as ease of combing, hair alignment, elasticity and shine. Also helps to reduce fly-aways and static.
Palmitic acid: The softening properties of palmitic acid are great for spreadability to soften the hairs surface without a greasy or tacky feeling.
Cocos nucifera oil: The lauric acid in coconut oil has nourishing properties that are especially prone to soak into the strands of your hair, Coconut oil absorbs into the hair quickly, providing moisture to tame frizz and heal breakage.
Euterpe oleracea fruit extract: Ideal for dry, damaged or frizzy hair. Contains Omega 3, 6 and 9 as well as vitamins B,C and E. The omega’s fatty acids, along with vitamin C, nourish the scalp by keeping it hydrated and creating a protective barrier against external aggressors, which often lead to hair loss.
Centaurea cyanus flower extract: A volumiser that adds thickness but without weighing down strands. Soaks up any excess oils, ensuring a balance of oil production, allowing hair to stay fresh and looking healthier and shinier.
Guar hydroxypropyltrimonium: Neutralises the negative charges on hair strands that cause hair to become static or tangled. Doesn’t weigh hair down.
Citronellol: The oil ability to regulate the sebum production of the scalp along with deep cleansing qualities makes it a effective product for controlling oily hair. Can also reduce the build up of environmental pollutants along with cleansing out the residual of other hair products.
Linalool: A naturally occurring component of natural essential oils. Also adds fragrance.

We are unable at present to deliver to Northern Ireland which includes all BT postcodes, nor can we deliver to BFPO postcodes.
Order dispatch: Owing to the nature of the products (live plants) and specific storage requirements, it can take longer than usual for orders to be dispatched.
Order cancellations: Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the Order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the Order is already picked and packed. To request an order cancellation, please raise a support ticket directly from the order to the supplier as our standard order cancellation functionality will be disabled for this supplier. Orders that cannot be cancelled should be treated as Return Items and you the Seller will need to determine whether or not to compensate your End Customer for the Return Item shipping costs. You may also instruct the seller to refuse delivery of the Item.
Order delivery:  Most orders are sent using a tracked 48-hour service via Yodel. The aim is to deliver the item within 6-7 calendar days of the order being placed, but delivery can take up to 8-10 calendar days as living plants are dispatched at the optimal time in order to reach your customers in the best possible condition. To avoid perishable items being held at depots, no signature is required, the courier will instead leave your customer’s order in a safe place on their property. 
Order cancellations: Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the Order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the Order is already picked and packed. To request an order cancellation, please raise a ticket from the order requesting the cancellation from the supplier as our standard order cancellation functionality will be disabled for this supplier. Product Warranty

Some brands will offer their own warranty that will be fully documented within the product package you receive. For all other products, we offer a standard 30-day faulty product warranty as detailed in the “Faulty or Incorrect Item delivered” section below. Any warranty for faulty products is not insurance backed and does not affect statutory rights.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange any items (change of size/color/product) within 14 days of receiving your order, please complete the returns form and send the products back to us for a full refund. Please reorder your required items to ensure you receive your required items promptly. We can only accept items returned in the original condition (with original packaging). Faulty or Incorrect item delivered

If a faulty item is delivered, or you receive an incorrect item, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory, a full refund will be offered and you will be required to contact us to return the item. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Unfortunately, if you arrange to return an item yourself, we will not be able to claim a refund for the cost of shipping.

If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued, you must email us immediately (not phone). Should you wish to cancel goods that have left our Distribution Centre, orders may be subject to a returns charge plus the original delivery charge. Returns charges can vary and are determined by our courier company.
