Cetearyl alcohol: Adds moisture to strands, provides slip and an emulsifying agent. Derived from natural resources.
Cetrimonium chloride: Anti static agent that helps condition the hair. Not only conditioning, it also acts as a preservative by preventing the growth of bacteria in liquid solutions.
Hydrolysed wheat protein: Reduces hairs porosity and strengthens it from within, making your hair healthier, shinier and easy to style. The protein increases your hairs ability to receive and retain moisture. Helps reduce breakage, eliminates frizz/tangles and makes your hair appear fuller.
Pathenol: For shinier hair. Stimulates hair growth, helps strengthen hair, retains moisture and improves texture of damaged hair.
Butryospermum parkii butter: Nourishes the hair with vitamins A, E and F. Vitamins A and E maintain the hair and keep it clear and healthy. Ideal for a dry/irritated scalp.
Brassicamidopropyl: Binds to the hair, helps correct the negative charge of shampooing. Helps detangle, reduce fly aways and static. Promotes the smoothening of cuticles and doesn't cause product build up.
Macadamia ternifolia seed oil: Macadamia is great for calling frizz, tangles and dullness. Adds shine and vitality to your strands while coating your ends and keeping your scalp moisturised.
Saccharide isomerate: Binds to the keratin layer and transfers the pottery of restoring water to the keratin so that binding property can no longer be washed out.
Behentrimonium: Keeps your hair frizz free and makes hair manageable and soft.
Silk amino acids: Treats damage and adds a protective barrier that seals in moisture, making hair more manageable and less prone to breakage. Extra hydration also leads to increased length retention, less frizz and softer hair.
Hydroxypropyl starch phosphate: Enhances shine, smoothness and combability.
Hydroxyethanylcellulose: Gives a soft, smooth and attractive look. Considering its stabilising, foaming, thickening and viscosity controlling properties, it has wide use in personal care and beauty products.
Poyquaternium-7: An excellent canonic conditioner. Perfect use for deep/leave in conditioners. A very good detangle and provides slip for easier brushing.

Methylchloroisothiazolinone: A preservative that is found in a wide array of liquid cosmetics. It's functions is to inhibit the growth of bacteria.

We are unable at present to deliver to Northern Ireland which includes all BT postcodes, nor can we deliver to BFPO postcodes.
Order dispatch: Owing to the nature of the products (live plants) and specific storage requirements, it can take longer than usual for orders to be dispatched.
Order cancellations: Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the Order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the Order is already picked and packed. To request an order cancellation, please raise a support ticket directly from the order to the supplier as our standard order cancellation functionality will be disabled for this supplier. Orders that cannot be cancelled should be treated as Return Items and you the Seller will need to determine whether or not to compensate your End Customer for the Return Item shipping costs. You may also instruct the seller to refuse delivery of the Item.
Order delivery:  Most orders are sent using a tracked 48-hour service via Yodel. The aim is to deliver the item within 6-7 calendar days of the order being placed, but delivery can take up to 8-10 calendar days as living plants are dispatched at the optimal time in order to reach your customers in the best possible condition. To avoid perishable items being held at depots, no signature is required, the courier will instead leave your customer’s order in a safe place on their property. 
Order cancellations: Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the Order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the Order is already picked and packed. To request an order cancellation, please raise a ticket from the order requesting the cancellation from the supplier as our standard order cancellation functionality will be disabled for this supplier. You may return any item purchased for a full refund subject to the terms and conditions that apply as stated on this website. Please note that we will endeavour to provide refunds for returns within 14 days from proof of return. Please be advised we can only accept items returned in their original condition and packaging; items must be unused and in a resalable condition. Sometimes we will need to have the item checked. Faulty or Incorrect item delivered

If a faulty item is delivered, or you receive an incorrect item, you will be offered a replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Unfortunately, if you arrange to return an item yourself, we will not be able to claim a refund for the cost of shipping.
